Georgia Department of Human Resources Region 3 – Fulton County Transportation Services
The Georgia Department of Human Resources (DHR) provides transportation services to eligible DHR consumers for services designed to enhance health, independence and self-sufficiency. DHR agencies offering transportation services include the Division of Aging Services, Division of Family and Children Services, the Division of Mental Health, Developmental Disabilities, and Addictive Diseases, and the Division of Public Health. Coordinated Transportation services are also provided to the Georgia Department of Labor’s Vocational Rehabilitation Services Program (DOL/VRS).
Southeastrans contracts with the Georgia Department of Human Resources to coordinate transportation services to Senior Centers and other Human Service Centers in North and South Fulton County and demand response services within the designated contract areas. This coordinated transportation program includes transportation services to the following centers:
