October 14, 2015, Atlanta, Georgia – Southeastrans has contracted with Windsor Health Plan, Inc, an affiliate of WellCare Health Plan, Inc. for management of non-emergency transportation services in Arkansas and Tennessee, effective February 1, 2016. Under the terms of the new contract, Southeastrans will manage non-emergency transportation for members enrolled in Windsor Health Plan’s Medicare managed-care health plans. Southeastrans will provide call center services, provider network administration, quality management, and claims administration for the health plan’s transportation benefit.

“We are very excited to begin this relationship with WellCare Health Plan and look forward to serving their members throughout Tennessee and Arkansas”, said Steve Adams, President of Southeastrans. The new contract will be managed by Southeastrans’ existing operations in Chattanooga, Tennessee and Little Rock, Arkansas.
